Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

If you a Crew Member or Service Provider that has previously been published on the KZN Film Commission website, and you can see your profile on this portal, here are the steps to claiming your profile:

  1. Navigate to 'Find Crew or Service Providers'
  2. Search your name in the list of Crew Members and Service Providers on the tool
  3. Open the Profile you want to claim
  4. Choose 'Claim profile' and register your account.
  5. Once you complete your information, your profile will be submitted for moderation.
  6. Once you receive email communication that your profile has been approved, login and update your profile

If you a Crew Member or Service Provider that has NOT previously been published on the KZN Film Commission website, here are the steps to creating your profile:

  1. Navigate to 'Register as Crew/Service Provider'
  2. Fill in registration form and submit all required documents and images
  3. Accept the Terms and Conditions of Use and Submit your Application
  4. Once you complete the form, your profile will be submitted for moderation.

All applications will be processed within 3 - 5 working days. If there is any outstanding information required to process your application, we'll contact you via email.

All applicants should note that a maximum of three (3) expertises can be claimed on any one profile.
